Well – we’re leaving today (hopefully in a couple of hours) to start our cross country drive from Florida (where we went for our 2wks of leave) all the way to sunny California! Wooo Hooo! It’s going to be so much fun! Anyways, I will have sporadic internet access – so long as my laptop can pick up the “free wireless” in the hotels – and will probably not contribute much until Friday or Saturday. Apparently my crazy husband thinks we can do this drive in 3 and a half days – so we’ll see. Did I mention we have two cars, two kids (1 & 2), and a dog? So – I am going to drug the dog and will probably have to listen to the Little Mermaid over and over again. On a positive note – I get to use my new, ultra-cool TomTom. We got the one that gives traffic advice and locates gas stations. I really do love Best Buy and all the gadgets they have – I can’t wait to upgrade my stereo in my SUV.
Well, I am going to go and start packing the car up. I will write more along the way, if I don’t pass out from exhaustion when we arrive at our hotels.
